Our shipments are covered by the guarantee obtained from the sender. 

Any damaged package will be refunded. You just need to send us an email at galligrassud@gmail.com, or use the contact section, with a photo of the package and a brief description of its condition upon delivery.

 

We will refund you as soon as possible, unless your photo does not sufficiently show the damages. 
 

Of course, you will need to provide us with an IBAN in order for us to process the refund.
